After the release of genremilestone, Nemesis Divina (1996), Satyr and Frost retreated for threeyears, only to return in the fall of 1999 in absolutely mindbendingshape. Rebel Extravaganza proved to be more than aptly titled and toredown any and all genre boundaries with progressive ten-minute opener ‘Tiedin Bronze Chains‘. Backed by stunning guest appearances by genreluminaries like Fenriz (Darkthrone) and Snorre Ruch (Thorns), theNorwegians unleashed a revolutionary and experimental masterpiece thatcombined frantic black metal with industrial elements, prog,synthesizers and mind-boggling time signatures.

Special Guest and not support means that this will be a full Satyricon show pretty much, which is just perfect as we for some strange reason have never played Bulgaria! So, when we finally come, what an occasion it is to perform with one of the bands that provided the soundtrack to our childhoods and youth!
